We are a Ministry of Community Development (MOCD) licensed centre, providing classroom-based learning programs for children with special needs. The Centre offers comprehensive special education programs integrating individualized education plans, rehabilitation services, speech and language therapy, physiotherapy, and occupational therapy. Moreover, our physiotherapy service is recognized and accredited by the Department of Health (DOH), Abu Dhabi.

ENROLLMENT AT FRC
FRC provides classroom-based special education programs and for enrolling at FRC, an application can be submitted at anytime during the academic year. We offer programs of highest standards including Competent Learner Model (CLM) and ASDAN.(Download intake form )

ISSUING ASSESSMENT REPORT REQUIRED FOR PEOPLE OF DETERMINATION CARD (POD) APPLICATION
FRC is recognized and accredited by the Ministry of Community Development (MOCD) for issuing Psychological Assessment Reports in purpose of getting People of Determination Card (POD).(Download service requisition form )
AFTERNOON THERAPY SESSIONS
We provide Afternoon Therapy Services for children.(Download form for Afternoon Therapy session)
The Centre provides admission for children with the following conditions:
General Admission Criteria:
- Autism
- Intellectual Disability
- Multiple Disability
- Early Intervention
Seat availability:
FRC accepts applicant if there is a vacancy in the class that will be most beneficial to the student.
Age: Early intervention years up to 16 years old
Condition Severity: Mild to moderate level of severity
Holder of People of Determination Card issued by Ministry of Community Development (MOCD)
Application Process
Step1:
Download intake form.
Download Afternoon therapy form.
Complete the required application form and send back the form by Email ( frc.formsubmission@gmail.com ) with available documents as listed below.
- Medical Report
- Psychological Report/ Assessment Report
- Previous School Reports
- Emirates ID
- People of Determination Card issued by Ministry of Community Development (MOCD)
Step 2
Evaluation of the intake form and submitted documents.
Step 3
Appointment for observation will be scheduled and classroom observation will be scheduled, if required.
Step 4
The centre will notify the admission status based on the complete evaluation and seat availability.
